Trying to remove the filament after a failed print and it was stuck (jammed?). Forcing the wheel finaly got the filament to reverse but along with it was a brass tube. Not sure what to do with this! Ay ideas??
It’s out of the top of the extruder, where you feed in filament. Just ensure that you align the cutouts to fit around the gear, then press it in so the top sits flush with the housing.
Same happened to mine when I first got it.
