Build plate troubleshooting

Hello,

I’m doing what I can to make sure my printer is producing the best print possible for my V3 SE. There have definitely been sound issues with it but my current investigation is the build plate. When I go to tighten all the screws and bolts (a bunch are stripped, what size are they?) I have tried to use the after-sales video for direction but paper is definitely fitting under the level. What are my options? My machine was purchased in November 2023. I’m just not sure if it’s a simple fix or if it’s something that needs to be shipped back to Creality.

From memory the screws are M4x25 csk. Doesn’t matter if they are socket head as they are on my KE or pozidrive like they are on my SE. When you say stripped is it the screws or the plate that they screw into, the latter would mean a new plate or possibly use M4 nuts on the back. New screws is a simple swap from the hardware store.
