OK like all the previous comments, I have the Ender 3 v3+ I have the 8 color co-print that I bought through Creality. I bought this almost 8 week ago and havent had any luck getting it to print, not one time. After a lot of back and forth with coprint and creality they deemed that it was a hardware issue with either to KCM or the head. They had me pack it all back up and send it back, took like 2 weeks but they sent me a whole new everything. I literally set it up yesterday and have the EXACT same issue ERROR Key 111. Also the v1.2.3.58 will not install, I got the v1.2.3.30 to install but having the same issue with the error 111. I have tried to install the v1.2.3.63 and it fails immediately every time. I’m at a loss, I don’t know what to do anymore nothing seems to want to work. I can plug the original head in and it seems to work fine but I haven’t tried to print because I still have the chroma head on the printer and like I’ve seen stated before it takes days for a response for Creality. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
