CR-Touch error

When leveling or printing, the touch sensor reports an error, red light and everything.

Sometimes, when manually pulled out, it starts working, but I’d like a more permanent solution. I’m in South America, Argentina, so I don’t know if there’s any official help I could get.

CRtouch does occasionally fail a new one can be had at Aliexpress or if the printer is still in warranty you could try customer service, but they are still on Chinese New Year so might be a little slow in replying.
