Well, found this discussion from a few version ago
Has anyone found another solution to this?
Removed the app data from local and tried reinstalling CP 6.2 but still get the same error. What’s even weirder is today was the first time I was able to see one of my filament presets on the printer itself when I went to change the spool in the CFS.
I can’t tell if this is a bug with 6.2 or a flaw in CP’s design. I’ve noticed whenever I uninstall/reinstall it will show a prompt that an older version “is already installed” but doesn’t show up anywhere in my app list. My guess is the uninstaller and app do not adequately clear old program files.
The slicer functionality is great, albeit mostly copied/universal at this point. But managing the bugs in device/user communication and management is getting aggravating. Last version kept hiding my user presets for filaments.
