Seem there is a rather long outage with the Creality Cloud (June 5), any updates that can be shared?

My app finally connected- but the camera still throws an error.
Mini isn’t working either
I’m trying to download creality scan and the site keeps kicking out a dns error
I gave up using Creality Cloud a long time ago. There were too many errors with the site being down, then up again and then I’d get DNS errors
What software could you use in its place?
