Service Disruption Resolved

Dear Creality Cloud Users,

Due to an unexpected outage from our service provider, some features of Creality Cloud were affected between 18:57 on June 5 and 00:40 on June 6, 2025 (UTC+0). During this period, the Creality Cloud website was inaccessible, the app could not be used, and both Creality Print and printer cloud services were disrupted.

Our technical team immediately contacted the service provider, and all services were fully restored by 00:40 on June 6 (UTC+0).

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We completely understand your frustration and disappointment. As a token of our apology, we will be offering a 7-day Premium Membership to users affected during this period.
