Dear Creality Cloud Users, Due to an unexpected outage from our service provider, some features of Creality Cloud were affected between 18:57 on June 5 and 00:40 on June 6, 2025 (UTC+0). During this period, the Creality Cloud website was inaccessible, the app could not be used, and both Creality Print and printer cloud services were disrupted.
