Creality Ender-3 V3 KE: error "[TE2564] The nozzle is not heating as expected"

I’m new to the world of 3d printing so I don’t know if this is an obvious problem.

The printer returned the following error “[TE2564] The nozzle is not heating as expected”. I have had this printer for 1 month and have not had any problems of this type.
After the error"[TE2564] The nozzle is not heating as expected" I tried to make other prints and they all failed because many layers were bad.

Now I tried to print the boat to test if I can see the problem. And in the video you can see that the filament was no longer coming out.

looks like you have something amiss with your heater wiring

Thanks for the answer! Would I need to change this part? Does this have a solution?

I just changed the nozzle and cleaned the hotend, after which I was able to print the boat without any problems and it stopped making clicks. On my second impression once again the printer returned the error “[TE2564] The nozzle is not heating as expected”.

Check all the heater wires aren’t damaged and any bare bits of wire not touching. Check the thermistor isn’t screwed in too tight, they break really easily. Check the connections of the hotend PCB are seated properly. The hotend isn’t broken as you have printed Benchy to I am thinking a wiring issue.

Thank you very much for the answers. I have already made some prints without any defects and the this error has not happened again.

My sons machine currently doing same after recent nozzle replacement, what did you end up finding to be the fix for you?
