Thank you.

It’s not the V2. Just the Ender-3 Neo. 0.4mm nozzle with PLA and build plate dimensions of 220x220x250. All standard hardware.

I can get most of it to run pretty well except for an ungodly amount of stringing. It appears to be ignoring any kind of retraction that I set.

Drying the filament can help with the stringing… There are other reasons but I would check that…

I think my filament is dry. I store them in bags with silica packs. I’ve also printed the Benchy from Creality Slicer with the same filament immediately after as well.

I think the issue with my gcode from this slicer is something to do with the speed and retraction.

you can send me your g.code for check .
Btw you can check in .gcode file the retraction amount .

Works good with 4.xxxx version ?

dove è andato a finire la densità di supporto ?? ![|16x16]
n the new creality 5 print? Where? if there is i not found “support density”
Where Is this option now?? Removed? Why?

hi mate , try write in english please

In CP5 you need enable support option , and below you have options to configure support density ( it´s like PrusaSlicer and OrcaSlicer ).

check image, you have a lot of good options for support.
Also you can try the tree support , it´s very good for some pieces.

bye bye

sorry, but in 5 and also in these images you attached I can’t see “support percentage”

seems to have disappeared. it was very comfortable…

I wonder why or if they renamed it…

this in older version…

in this new slicer is called " Base pattern spacing " like in OrcaSlicer/PrusaSlicer

The older slicer is based on Cura

Hi to all
I have a strange problem with the window placement of Creality Print application.
In full screen or in window screen it leaves about 2 cm empty space on top and starts the application under, the space above is transparent and you see the background or the window that is behind, also loses some mm left on the screen. this makes the mouse to point 2 cm up from the button that you want to hit and this makes very difficult to use the application.
The mouse is calibrated as if the screen was showing the whole window but you see the window as is in printscreen.
Please see the screenshot.
Any advice?

Looks like you opened it in creality wiki???

You have to use the shortcut to open Creality print 5.0 then it works okay.

Thank you for the replay my friend,
the Creality wiki was the window behind
Here is a screenshot without a window open behind

Same thing
I open the shortcut normally

Is this just for V3 or for the V3 series? I have the KE.

I also have the KE and it works fine, except the general problem that i have in the application

Same problem here unusable …also we are not the only ones found lots of users with same problem

Try running with compatibility setting for win 7 I read that somewhere else can’t find it again to link to it

in cura i I could decide the percentage of support density… not here if I understood correctly what you are telling me… right??

Tried running compatibilty in all versions TPI etc. Sent links to creality of others having same issue even with 5.0.3

I have downloaded the newest version of 5.0.3.8736 and it seems to be working a lot smoother now without all the little bugs. Still learning it though. Have made several prints and getting used to the UI a little better.

Using the #4 version for now though.

I see they added profiles for Ender-3 V3 KE, SE and CR-10 SE to the lineup…
