Creality Print not connecting to printer

Strange. In my case the creality app shows device to be offline, local Print Software on mac runs fine. When i try to re-connect the printer is again shown to be offline, even if deleted and new created.
The printer itself just downloaded new firmware and reports printed models to creality cloud.
Assume st is wrong at crealitys side ?

I am having the same problem with my ender 3 V3. Ever since the new firmware downloaded it shows off-line on the app but works fine from LAN.

I turned my ke 3 v3 printer on and i can’t connect to the printer it show’s offline and If i try to connect then i can’t it says printer can’t connect to the creality cloud servers please help me

Try Orca and see if that connects.

Hello from Istanbul,

I have a solution for this, at least in my case.

So I have 2 K1 Maxs and a K2 plus and these devices are in different places. 2 in the workplace and 1 in the house.

The problem is, that I can’t connect to my device that’s at home when I’m at the workplace through the Creality print laptop app or vice versa. It says the device is offline even though I know it’s not, and I can see the device on my phone, at the app.

So the solution is I slice the print on my laptop through Creality Print and upload it to Creality Cloud and then on the phone I can see the print on the app and start the print through my phone.

I have a same problem with my printer, but now I got solution in this forum, Thankyou

Similar problem, Latest Kaspersky Anti-Virus update block Creality Print from sending print file.
Turn Kaspersky Ant-Virus off, and all good.
Kaspersky will not let me add ‘Creality Print’, as a ‘Trusted Application’ ? which is the expected solution. Any Ideas?

I’ve been having the same intermittent issue with Creality Slicer and my K2 Plus. I went to start a print yesterday and it couldn’t connect. Updated the printer to the latest firmware and the slicer was able to connect again (probably due to reboot). A couple hours ago I was successfully able to connect and send a print, the print finished, but the slicer lost connection shortly after the print started. I am able to connect via the cloud/android app and send and monitor prints just fine. I updated to the current version of the slicer just now and added firewall rules to make sure it was not being blocked and nothing fixed it. The +Scan Add does not detect anything and when I do manual add, it also does not detect anything. This is definitely weird because like I said, I can monitor everything just fine from my phone.

edit: i can also connect fine w/ Orca Slicer

If you manual add using “other” and enter the IP address after http:// does it connect? It does for me, but that is the only way I can get it to connect. Like you Orca connects just fine.

It does if I add the port after the IP address - http://:4408

But just the fluidd interface comes up like with Orca and I can’t see the camera output. This interface is fine, but it’s strange I can connect several different ways except through what would seem to be the ideal way.

Is the camera set to on in the Fluidd settings or can you add camera in Fluidd settings, I have to add mine for the sonic pad. Haven’t got any printers on to do a sceenshot sorry.

I can’ but I don’t know the proper configuration. The ones I tried don’t seem to work

yes , works with mine ( Cr-m4 ) . It´s the only way .
