Creality Print Slice Issue

I have an Ender 3 V3 SE.

Sometimes when I slice the image it will have an issue with one layer where it randomly takes part of that layer and makes it become a line that goes through the print.

What am I doing wrong? What can i do to fix this? I did resize the image while keeping all ratios.

Sometimes I also have that issue when I import something that I’ve chopped up and resized in tinkercad. Not always but when I use Tool / Model Repair in the menu it helps…

had something similar when I left it on spiralise after making a vase. Repair is a good call though.
