Creality Wi-Fi box and Nebula camera

Hello all. I am trying to connect the Nebula camera to the Creality Wi-Fi box (version 1.0, I believe, as it does not have Bluetooth). I was told that it is plug-and-play, but it’s more like plug-and-cry. I had issues with the box itself, I had to update the firmware to be able to connect it to my home network. I thought the camera had the same issue (needed updating the firmware) but nothing changed.
Has anyone had the same issue and hopefully, resolved it?
The software (Creality Print) gives me the message “The IP refused our connection request” as it was before I connected the camera, thus meaning the Wi-Fi box doesn’t see the camera. The camera works, though, I’ve connected it to a PC and checked.
The printer is Ender 3 v3 SE.
Thanks!

Have you had any luck yet Rad? Mines exactly the same as you describe.

Sadly, no. I kinda gave up on it. If you or anyone else manages to find a solution, please let me know…

Anyway, I am also interested if you managed to update the Creality print software (slicer) to 6.0? When I install that version, it can’t see the Wi-Fi box anymore. So I’m back to v.5.1.6.

Hello rad2905,

Right now, until they get someone new/better testing version 6 and fixing bugs, it won’t do a lot of things right.
Best stick to V5.1.6xx/ Have you tried Orca ? . I use it and @Bonfireman swears by it for the same reason you have connection wise.

Cheers.

Are you saying I can use Orca and connect to the Creality Box? I’ll give it a try…
