Hi…took delivery of our first printer last week, ordered directly off the Creality uk website…and it arrived with a damaged printer head (plastic casing cracked/damaged and clear impact/pressure marking in the metal printer cross member).
I can’t seem to find any direct way of contacting Creality UK direct to discuss replacement. I appreciate it’s the holiday season right now so I’m not expecting an immediate response, but I can’t find an email or phone number for a Uk contact
Any ideas of how to get hold of someone (phone ideally) in the Uk

I would use the whatsap channel to contact them as they are very efficient.
As for the store itself I think email is the only option as I cannot find an actual number for the UK store.
