I am having the same issue with my KE. I’ve had it on without turning it off in a while. I turned it off to replace the nozzle and when I turned it back on I received a 2560 communication abnormal error and now I am receiving an abnormal nozzle error during its checks after I factory reset it. I tried downloading the Creality firmware Ender-3_V3_KE_F005_ota_img_V1.1.0.15.img Oct 16, 2024 and had no luck when plugging in the usb with new firmware. The stepper motors are also overheating and clicking. I am going to be ordering a motherboard soon, but if anyone has found a way to fix this issue I would really appreciate it.
