Ender 3 v3 KE farm x axis layer shift

Hi makers!

I have a print farm with 15 ender 3 v3 KE and after 1000 hours of use, 3 of my printers have the same problem.

Layer shifting on the x axis. It normaly happens random once per gcode after arround 30 min.

Things I’ve tried:

Examining the hardware

Tightening/loosening the x-belt

Greasing axis

Change x stepper motor

Aling x pulies

Check mainboard for overheating

Root and increase the x stepper current to 0.95

Reset the machine

Change the usb

Change the gcode

And yet, the problem persists.

I could print ultra slow, but 12 other printers work just fine with the current speed configuration, so I don’t think that’s the problem.

I use orca slicer with a .6mm nozzle, 125mm/s print speed and 400mm/s for travel.

That was happening to my prints on my KE after I upgraded to the linear guide bearings for the bed but only if I paused the print or the camera paused it due to defect detection. What was happening when I paused the print (or the printer did) the bed seemed to be hitting something when moving all the wat to the front during the pause. Once I resumed my guess is the stepper motor encoder counts were off and when the print resumed it was 10 to 12 mm off of where it was. I had to modify the pause g-code to keep the bed from over traveling. This fixed my issue but it seems you have something else going on if it’s happening during the print process.
