Ender-3 v3 KE Print Issues

Hi guys
Please forgive if this sounds like a noob post but I’m at my wits end

I have been trying to figure out the issue with my printer for over two months and have tried nearly every hack and workaround I can find and still no improvement.

So one day my extruder started clicking during a print i thought ok, its obviously either too tight or not tight enough so i stripped the whole thing down to clean and check it out.
Turns out the spring inside the extruder had bent at some point and was now useless.

So new extruder on away we go again, tried printing benchy and it got to 75% and the extruder is clicking again so off it comes again cleaned out the extruder and reset and off we go, 75% later the same thing happens over and over.

So up to this point I have changed the extruder, the hot end, the nozzle twice and now the motherboard and yet it still gets to 75% and stops.

Anyone have any other ideas before I throw it away?

What temps are you printing at?

Your tension could be too high on the spring, causing it to pop out.

210 degrees hotend
50 degrees build plate

spring is at factory tension as its a brand new extruder

Hi
Just because your extruder is new it does not mean it is at the correct tension.
Check the tension first, see google on how to proceed.
Also check the hotend cooling fan is working, this could be a heatcreep issue.
Good Luck
