Hy, everyone!
Every time I change the SD card (like I have to fix some GCODE) I must turn the printer off/on to be able to read the files. Even my old faithful Ender 3 can do that!
Is there a way to activate card refresh?

Not gonna be of much help, but mine just works….
If I have to fix a gcode for what ever reason, when I put the sd card back in the printer, the new gcodes are reflecting immediately….

I am surprised… The refresh option does not show at all for me, neither does it refresh automatically as yours do.
Perhaps it is worth trying to re-update the firmware.
If It doesn’t fix the problem, I will try Creality customer support.

I wonder if it would have to do with the type of SD card you have…??

This is an interesting suggestion. I am using 4 GB Micro SD cards with adapters, formatted in FAT32.
I will test Full SD card also, to investigate this possibility.

I tested different SD cards, and all Micro+adapters failed to refresh, while some regular SDs did and other didn’t,
So you were right about the possibility, but I did not find the difference between cards that refresh and cards that don’t
