I recently got a Ender-3 V3 SE for christmas and everything was fine until i tried doing ANYTHING with the machine. Whenever it tries anything, the extruder will go to the far left and then completley reboot the printer. Ive checked cables and even reinstalled firmware. Wtf is wrong?
do i need to return the machine? please help

Please check that the voltage selection switch is in the correct position for your region.
where would that switch be? is it on the mainboard?
