Does anyone make.02 nozzles for the Ender 3 V3 SE? Or, is the only option to change the entire hotend? I’m honestly not real comfortable with changing the entire hotend for something that requires messing with software, since I’ll probably screw it up. I do have an Ender 3 V3 Pro, and I understand that will take a.02 nozzle, but, that needs several parts to get it working again (MB, extruder, screen), which isn’t a huge deal, but, I prefer the auto leveling of the SE, since, the only time I tried setting up the Pro, I couldn’t get it level for anything. The reason I need an .02 nozzle is to print some very small parts for some 1/24TH, 1/25TH scale RC cars I want to build, using a bunch of old plastic models I have laying around. I tried printing a couple of things on my V3 SE, and they kept failing, so I gave up on doing it with that.
the only thing you have to do is unscrew your old nozzle and install the new one. It’s a 10 minute job.
Remove the silicon cover of the nozzle, unscrew the old one (while holding the head with a set of pliers) and screw the new one.
Should be a simple nozzle swap. Won’t need a whole new hotend.
Except that, so far, I haven’t found any.02 nozzles that fit the SE, hence my original question, which is, does anyone make a .02 nozzle for the SE? I have tried printing the small parts with the stock .04 nozzle, and they won’t print.
I found this.
