Hi, I bought this printer for my daughter last Christmas, she sent it back to me this past weekend saying that she can’t get it to print. I’ve spent the last few days trying myself with no luck. I’ve tried multiple simple .stl files, multiple slicers but always the same results. When i select the PRINT button, then the G-code file, then CONFIRM the printer acts like it’s going to print, moving around and then warming up. After it is up to temp, it displays the Creality logo and returns to the main menu. Am I missing something?
Update the firmware.
