Ender V3 SE add filament jam sensor

I would like to add a filament jam sensor to my V3Se printer, is that possible? Not a filament runout sensor, a jam sensor which sends pulses when the filament is moving. On this printer, can it be done? (obviously can be, but is there any software version around that supports this, or instructions on how to do it?)

Do you mean something like the Bigtreetech BTT jam sensor?

Yes. I find runout sensors, which are just a switch, don’t work well when the filament breaks especially between the runout sensor and the extruder. A movement sensor does both jobs well. I’d like to fit one to a V3SE, a K1Max and a K1C as I’ve had issues with breakages in these locations on all three (K1Max and K1C more than the V3SE, but the V3SE is just as annoying).

It might work easier on my V3SE running Klipper rather than Marlin. I might get the Bigtreetech just to confirm. Its a known upgrade for my Qidi Xplus3 so should work on a K1.
