We have 24 KE’s and they are mostly a year old. We only use Creality Hyper PLA which comes on Cardboard Reels. These inside edges of the centre hole of the reel are remarkabley abrasive, we are now seeing significant grooves worn into the spindles on many of our machines. Lots of brown fine dust also.
Any easy fixes or suggestions?

Little response, so I got on and designed a fix. Two per reel, hopefully will alieviate the issue!
