Exhaust fan, light, and auto shut down do not work on Falcon Pro 2

Have you checked the jack behind light diffusor?

Falcon2 pro light bar and case fan not working

as the title says, i just set up my falcon2 pro for the first time and the light bar at the front and the exhaust fan on the case don’t seem to work, i tried switching them on using the switched on the sides of the cover, i double checked the connections and it all sems correct, but no light or fan
