Falcon2 pro light bar and case fan not working

as the title says, i just set up my falcon2 pro for the first time and the light bar at the front and the exhaust fan on the case don’t seem to work, i tried switching them on using the switched on the sides of the cover, i double checked the connections and it all sems correct, but no light or fan

Not familiar with the Falcon 2 , but most Ender products have a mains voltage selection switch, is it at the correct setting for your country?

The problem with mine ended up being the connector inside the light bar, if you take the diffuser off the light bar there is a white connector that you can check see, the plug wasn’t fully seated in the slot

It has the bunch of black wires running from it
