So I purchased a Sunlu S4 filament dryer. Came with 1m PTFE tubes. I want to dry and print straight from the filament dryer, but I seem to be missing something. Do I need special connectors to connect the dryer to my runout sensors?
I would be running the PTFE tubes from the dryer to the runout sensors.

Thanx. But this wont work for me, as I have Runout Sensors on the top bars.

I run my filament from a Sovol dryer to the runout sensor.
All I did was measure the distance from the dryer to the sensor with a gentle curve and added 50mm.
Once the filament is loaded this pulls the PTFE tube close to the sensor with no physical connector.
Works for me have had no issues with moist filament yet.
Also make sure the internal diameter of the PTFE allows for free movement of the filament.
