have no idea if is it is linked or not but I did a bed calibration and then after reboot came up with this firmware and loaded it now I have a XS3002 error that i can not get rid of. even after downgrading back to the old firmware.
I printed a successfull benchy afterwards, so generally it seems fine.
I had the same issue after updating. If you added anything to the printer like manual bed leveling, you will get this error.
If you log into klipper it will give you more info about the error.
It will not let me log into anything. I can ping the device and see it in the app but website on the units is unreacble able and will not show up in Creality print either.
Mine updated as well! Iâve noticed it slam dunks the poop chute now⌠no hesitation, full commitment!
Looks like they tweaked the filament disposal routine. Before, some users had issues with it clogging up, but now it fires that filament out with authority. Havenât noticed any other major changes yet, but Iâll keep an eye on it.
You certainly have an interesting way of description.
After i updated to 1.1.2.10 the printer stopped working with error XS3002
if i try to reset default or factory reset it says to remove filament but the filament detection sensor is not triggered and there is no filament.
i tryed to reinstall the previous firmware but nothing
In Fluid i get âInclude file â/mnt/UDISK//printer_data/config/bl_macros.cfgâ does not existâ
and Klipper state: Disconnect
anyone have the same problem?
This error message means that you have an âincludeâ directive in your printer.cfg file that instructs klipper to read the contents of bl_macros.cfg but that file doesnât exist anymore (because the firmware update removed any custom file in the config dir of klipper).
What you need to do is either re-upload the bl_macros.cfg file or edit the printer.cfg file and remove (or comment out) the âinclude bl_macros.cfgâ line and save the changes.
After you do that, just restart the firmware or the printer and it should be ok
The XS3002 error happens when you added to load a macro file in fluidd to the printer in printer.cfg.
The reason is that when updating the printer firmware it deletes all macro files and writes only the one from firmware. So your self-created ones are gone and you need to upload them again.
Thatâs why I download the file(s) (you can do it also in fluidd) before I update the firmware and upload it again after update and restart firmware via fluidd which then resolves the error.
There are different firmware updates, on some the printer.cfg is not updated but your files are deleted (and you get XS3002 error) and on others the printer.cfg is also updated, then also the files are deleted but you wonât get the error because the printer.cfg wonât call the file and your macros wonât be loaded as well. In this case you need to change the printer.cfg as well to get your macros loaded.
Why, thank you. I take great pride in my⌠âexpressive delivery.â
Iâd say Creality really flushed out the bugs with this one. (need to âironâ out my dad jokes!)
I got a message to upgrade the firmware (currently on v1.1.2.6), but it failed to download, and when I checked later there is no update notification. I wonder if Creality pulled the release?
I noticed that also. I have K2+'s, On one, I got the notification about the update so I rolled the dice and updated it and fixed the XS3002 error by re-adding the macro, rebooted the machine, did the calibrations and a test print.
All was looking good but it was late so I called it a night and figured I would update the other one the next day. Well, when I got up and booted up the 2nd one, there was no notification about the update, and if I manually checked it on the machine, it stated it was on the latest version (1.1.2.6).
It seems they pulled it from OTA updates, but you can still download it from here and update by USB drive. That is what I did for the 2nd machine and so far no issues.
UPDATE: I started the printer today and v1.1.2.10 was available for download again. Downloaded it successfully and recalibrated the printer as prompted.
I downloaded this firmware and then kicked off a 19 hour print on my K2 (just a big PLA box, basically)
It actually worked for the duration of the entire print without any errors or malfunctions. I donât wanna jinx it, but⌠seems like things are getting a little better.
Still scared to try PETG again.
Still not available for mine, might have to try a manual upgrade at the weekend
Not sure I just installed it and now Iâm getting errors, to restart or retry. It doesnât stop now.
I have to Add CFS stopped working as well. This so stupid
Was finally able to see it when I switched the printer on today. Did the big calibration without issue. Will try a test print and see how it goes.
Something was making on waste disposal, becouse pops does not come out any more ⌠now are on the table and every where in the printer or cathes in the hole by the extrudor âŚ
When start print, makes a poop and then goes directly on the table , I would guess that goes to clean the nozzleâŚand the poop goes with the headâŚ
I hope they fixes soooon
and the Error in calibration CM2715 still persistâŚ
i guess every update is worse
I AM EXTREMLY DISAPOINTED
Have you tried manual belt tensioning ? Maybe your belt slips and thats why he mis the poop shoot lever. after the update it is more aggressive.
