Firmware update for Ender 3 v2 with ARM chip

Hi,
I mounted a CR Touch Auto Leveling kit to my Ender 3 V2, that was no problem but when i tryed to install the firmware, nothing happend. i have tryed lokking on the net en Youtube for a answer to my problem, but nothing helps. Wat i have is a Motherbord v4.2.2 with a ARM chip. Wat i need is a Motherbord Firmware update for a ARM chip and CR Touch Auto Leveler.

Is there sombody that can help me with my problem?

Hi @14-09-1953 and welcome to the forums.

Sorry to hear you are having firmware issues. Can you access the mainboard on your printer and locate the large black chip which is usually near the version number stamped on the board. You will either have a STM based chip or a GD based chip. Depending on which one you have you will need a certain firmware. If you let us know the chip you have on board we should be able to point you in the right direction for firmware :slight_smile:
