Does anybody know what glue I would use for my Creality ender 3 v3 se?
i don’t know your location but I use Tesco Homeoffice, dirt cheap but works and is easily washed off.

Are you having trouble with prints sticking to the build plate…?
Make sure the plate is clean using iso alcohol and also using a good dish soap to clean any residue off.
And a good wipe down with IPA alcohol after washing and before every print.
I can never remember ISO or IPA… Arrrgggggggggg 
Isopropyl alcohol so partially correct. ISO is an international system of units, why it isn’t called ISU I know not, probably something to do with the French. iPA is also Indian Pale Ale which doesn’t help either, DO NO WASH YOUR BUILD PLATE IN BEER.

What ? not even home brew ?
If it is strong enough to strip paint it might be ok.
