it says burning printer firmware but how do i install on printer?

Have you put the firmware in the root directory of the SD card that you pop into the printer and then run it from the pad?

Format the SD card and copy over the Nebula firmware. There is a link on your screen that should take you to the file.

Tengo el mismo problema, compré un tarjeta de 2 GB, FAT32, 4096 bytes. Todo bien, pero no se instala el firmware. Según los de soporte de Creality es porque mi Ender 3 V3 SE monta la placa base con chip C14 y hasta hoy no se ha publicado el firmware correcto. Así que toca esperar.
