Subject: Help Needed for Creality K2 Plus 3D Printer Not Working

Dear Support Team,

My Creality K2 Plus 3D printer has been having many problems. It started to show more and more random errors, and now it will not work at all.

This printer worked well until August 2025. The errors include:

  • Bed homing errors

  • Bed leveling sensor errors

  • Extruder fan errors

  • Error XS2001

  • Error XS3000

  • Temperature sensor errors

  • Cannot download files via Wi-Fi or wired connection (this is new)

I have tried many things to fix the problem:

  • Turned the power on and off many times

  • Tried printing without the CFS

  • Turned off the printer overnight

  • Updated the firmware, then downgraded it

  • Checked that all connectors are fully connected (extruder head, behind the rear panel, and circuit boards inside)

  • Replaced the strain sensor two times

  • Replaced the hot end completely

  • Replaced the circuit board on the back of the extruder

Sometimes, the printer can go through the whole calibration process, but it usually fails after bed leveling. I can load a G-code file via USB, but the print always fails after bed leveling.

The power supply comes from a UPS, and the voltage and current are good. Two other printers in the same place are working fine with the same power and Wi-Fi.

What else can I do to fix this problem?

You’ve really tried a lot. I didn’t see tightening screws in the list. I’d give that a shot then re-do input shaping calibration.

Seeing how everything is not working, I would not be surprised if the issue is coming from the motherboard
