How to adjust the steps on the axis

I am doing some prints that need to be very accurate so that bearings will fit both internal and external.
I am finding that the prints are not printing to the sizes required, so adjustments need to be made.
How can I make these step adjustments?

Go online and download the “Califlower” print tool. It comes with a PDF that shows how to set parameters for more accurate printing. I think there is a small cost for this.
