How to prevent burning to build plate

Hi,

I see little dark ring left on my Ender-3 V3 KE after printing with ASA material ( Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate). I printed my wheel which have big circle bottom as initial layer.
My print temperature was 250C head and 100C bed. My material Formfutura: ReForm - rApollo was rated
Recommended processing temperature: 235 - 255 °C
Recommended heating temperature: 80 - 100 °C

I try to remove this darker ring from the bed with isopropyl alcohol but looks like permanent. Maybe those are some burned material. What can I do to prevent this occurring again?

Use adhesives and lower the bed temp? Or need to decrease the bed temp over the printing time?
Do you have any ideas?

Had a similar problem with a Ender-3 V3 SE

I put something to print with a big circle in the center, it was PLA so it was 200°C/60°C settings, but the extruder got stuck due to a bad filament and the printer completely hanged sticked to the bed and got burnt due to too much time in the same position at 200°C guess?
