I have tried to find a GOOD maintance/setup manual on this machine and cannot. On the print head there is a roller know in front of the filament feed hole and I have no idea what this is for. Can someone please tell me where to find information on this? Thanks

The wheel in front of the filament feed hole is connected to the extruder motor, if this turns one way you are extruding, the other way you are retracting. Nothing to worry about and apart from being a visual reference serves no purpose that I know of.
It can be turned manually in case of a clog if the motor does not have enough torque to turn in that case. Or to load filament when the printer is off.
