K1C and ABS Not Sticking Quite Right

I have the torque tool off of Amazon, posted it here before, it has 3 ends, 6,7 &8mm covers all my printers. something like this I have a 1.8Nm but possibly the 2.5Nm would be better. There are many others that look identical, probably same manufacturer.

I got one of them… When I was raking in the dough, so to say, I bought the Slice Engineering one for their tips. It was not useful at the time, i.e. because of the height of the actual shaft of the tool.

When I heightened the entire gantry, the tool became useful. Usually, my regular 1/4" open ended box wrench came in handy too. That and a small metric wrench for holding the hot end in place while I tightened the nozzle helped.

Hello @Bonfireman ,

Sometimes I dwell in the “dumb ass” territory …
I bought that 1.8nm torque wrench from Amazon some time ago for the V3 SE with just the one size … but I have other bits that will adapt to it for the other sizes if I had thought about it.

A total knob end .

Cheers.

I looked at one of those, was nearly 4x the price of the one I have.
