K2 plus nozzle scraping, bed mesh constantly going up after calibration - bad unit?

So I’ve had nothing but a disappointing journey so far here with this k2 that put me in the hole for a ton of money. The nozzle randomly scrapes the bed so that it rips up all of the filament it’s already laid down. The bed mesh I calibrated down to 0.38 which worked its way back up after a few print attempts to 0.68. Is this a bad unit? I’m so beyond disappointed and yet, every day, faithfully I keep trying to get this thing to print nicely. I’ve attached some pics to maybe give some indication of what might be wrong/going on if anyone spots it. This community has been the only saving grace for my creality journey and I appreciate each and every one of you and your feedback and time.

Have you checked the two screws on the hot end are tight ?

And that the nozzle is tight, either of those could account for the extra 0.3mm after a few prints.

If your screws are not loose you can try this.

What is the temp inside the chamber when you start the print ? Mine is around 25c/30c after heating the bed for 15min on 55c. Then after bedmesh and 20min printing the chamber is around 35c/40c.

Before new print.
I set the chamber exchaus ventilator to 40c. Chamber to 35c. And the bed to 55c for a minimum of 15/20 Minutes. Then i do the bedmesh/start print

Bedmesh wil reset al the temps you dont need to set it again when you start the print. I personally always set the chamber exchaus ventilator to 40c because the printer makes les noise.
