I’ve purchased two K2 Pro Combos 6/3/26 and 6/23/26. In this very short period of time both of the printers are no longer working. I’ve had numerous errors for both printers and both are no longer usable. The errors cover filament jams, abnormal resistance in movement, leveling sensors damaged, retract issues for X and Y axis, filament feed issues, CFS isn’t accessed and forced to the Spool Holder, so many errors I have no idea where to start troubleshooting. I tried to open tickets 7/5/26 but when submitting the form, I would get an error, very fitting at this point. I tried later and still no change.
This time I contacted a human and asked for a refund or replacement of the printers. Now it sits in the support ticket queue. At least it is in the queue. I’m giving this a week. If I don’t get fixed or remedied, I’m going to have the charges reversed.
Earlier, the printer head was completely engulfed in PETG. I’ve had these problems with Ender 3’s but one of the reasons I got K2’s was for their system to identify and stop the print before this happened. I submitted a ticket and I never heard from anyone. I checked to see if the ticket had any eyeballs but no ticket, gone.
They call the K2’s their flagship printers. The only flag it deserves is the White Flag, I give up.
Some of the errors from both printers. Both are showing similar errors.
