Tried this print a couple times and both failed in the same manner within a % of each other, it’s like it forgot where the bed was at in the print and started over.
I’m not sure where to start troubleshooting.
I’m using Creality software on an SE purchased this year.
Which version of Creality Print? Guessing your belts are tightened. Though I suspect it is stepper motors.
I won’t be back in front of my laptop for a few days, but will check then. It was the latest Mac version as of 12/26/24.
But now that you mention the belts/motor. I haven’t looked at either (it’s brand new). Also something similar happened in another print a few weeks back while my daughter was in the room and she mentioned a bang or pop just before it started printing off similar to this. Totally forgot about that incident until now.
I found the stepper motor current a little low, easy to set in Klipper, in Marlin it is set with the M906 command I think. Need a Marlin savvy person to answer that. Started as 0.6mA changed to 0.8mA and hasn’t jumped since.
