My creality ender 3 v3 se isn’t working correctly as the filament isnt sticking to the hot plate correctly and is just sliding around and I’ve tried replacing the parts and leveling both manually and automatically

I think your issue is related to the Z-offset !

I agree with Alex2Lab the the z offset is the most likely problem. Three other possible solutions are

1/ Take the plate off and wash it with warm water with a drop of dish soap in it. Make sure you rinse it clean and dry it well afterwards. Make sure you keep your hands off the surface. Also cleaning with isopropyl alcohol can work.

2/ increase the first layer height from the standard 0.2mm to about 0.28mm.

3/ increase the bed temperature by 5º C
