Hopefully someone here has some insight into this for me. I recently had a issue where I had to update my control pad and main board firmware.
The control pad successfully updated but the main board will not update. The control pad stays on the blue wave start screen and goes no further. I have tried using a different sd card as well, in order to eliminate the problem of a bad card.
I have watched several videos to make sure I have done the correct procedure but my results stay the same.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can’t even use my printer now.

Start with the original firmware before upgrading to the current firmware.
Make sure you use the smallest SD card you have be sure you format it 4096.
Do the control board first. It make take longer than you think and when finished it will just go back the the blue screen.
I has to try 3 times before it finally upgraded.
