I’ve had two Ender 3 V3 SE printers for just over a year and they just keep failing. With in two months the CR touch on both machines failed. Then the fans on both machines failed. Now the hot ends are failing and the brand new replacements don’t work.
I just replaced the hot end on one and it clogged during the very first print, using creality filament. I started to remove the nozzel and screws fell out of the heating block. When I pulled the wrench away everything inside the brand new hot end fell out. While trying to reassemble I found the heat block screws were shorter than the heat block, they were never screwed into anything. They were just shoved into the holes and the heat sock shoved on to keep them from falling back out.
Parts on brand new printers SHOULD NOT FAIL IN THE FIRST YEAR!!! Brand new parts SHOULD NOT ARRIVE BROKEN!!!
I’ve run out of patients. Not me or anyone I know will ever buy anything from creality again!!!
I don’t know where you bought your parts from but it sounds like when you replaced these parts you didn’t check anything to make sure they were put together properly as you would with any machine you are working on.
3D printers are complicated machines and you can’t just throw parts on it and expect them to work without some calibration and knowledge on how it works.
I understand a few issues now and then but don’t blame Creality for mechanical problems you should have inspected.
