I want to try to replace the extruder to see if anything change but I want to see some advice first before doing that because maybe the problem is simpler than I thought.
I know these are signs of underextrusion but I dont know the cause. in the same model they appear on the same side just like in the picture attached. I have tried everything from drying my filament to replacing my entire hotend but the problem persist.

What printer and is it modified in any way? I’ve never seen that in any of my prints and it appears to be in different locations and levels across the different prints. Were all of those printed at the same time or individually? I don’t think its a z-offset thing. Have you tired other filaments? Weird.
What model is that? I printing/building a 1/32 scale Sherman Tank right now. It’s all printed and I’m painting/assembling now.

it’s an ender 3 v3 se and it’s not modified at all. the holes are in different location yes but in this particular moedl it only appear on the right side. they are printed individually and the holes appear accross all filament that ive tried (sunlu pla+ 2.0, sunlu petg, esun petg, elegoo rapid petg).
this is a 1/200 abrams I upscaled to 1/144

Where did you get the file. I can try it on mine. I like tanks. I’m in the middle of a 1/32 scale A4 Sherman print/build right now. Can always use another tank.
