Hi brand new printer arrived with an issue in that on of the pin sockets on the print head ribbon cable was not formed properly and so when I attempted to plug it into the print head socket it must have pushed the pin down (see photos). now the printer has a fault on start up where the print head just travels to the right and continually crashes into the right hand support frame.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the pins on the print head socket so I can see what the defective pin actually does and to confirm if this is what is the cause of the problem.
