Printer size and slicer size don't match (x,y,z both 2/3 of the model)

It used to work well, but suddenly, after not printing for a few months, the printer prints 2/3 (66%) of what I measure in the Creality Slicer.

Is there a setting somewhere? Because it is in all three axes.

I already reinstalled the software.

Are you sure you have the right printer selected when you slice it? The only time I have seen something like that is when I accidentally chose the wrong printer.

I double checked it and resetted the printer to factory settings, same result.

Edit: replaced the firmware and used the Orca slicer: same result
