Welcome to the community. Can you share which nylon filament you’re specifically using and also specify what problems you’re experiencing? Nylon formulations vary significantly by type, and print behavior can change a lot depending on the material.
It would also help to understand the use case. Are you trying to make a functional part? If so, which properties matter most to you - strength, toughness, heat resistance, dimensional stability, or something else?
For context, I tend to use SUNLU Easy PA, which is a PA6/PA66 copolymer (blended material). It sits in a practical middle ground for ease of use, strength, and toughness. By comparison, straight PA66 offers higher performance but is much harder to control, and I still struggle to prevent warping even when printing on a Garolite AKA G-10 build plate.
