Problem while Priting on Ender-3 V3 KE

Hi ! When i’m starting printing a big file (not really big I have done bigger) on my Ender-3 v3 ke nothing is showing, both temps are at 0, No files inside my printer, no bips when changing between menus. I don’t know why. But when I’m not printing a something big (like less than 2hours) everything is fine.

What I have tried :

  • updating my firmware (1.1.0.17)
  • downgrading (1.10.15)
  • Used CrealityPrint and Orca Slicer
  • Sended the file via Wifi and USB

And to show temp or anything else and/or to stop priting I need to SHUTDOWN the WHOLE printer.
Any one have the solution to this problem ?

Hi

My suspicion here is that the on board memory for files is full.

Just try to delete some older print files to make room for the bigger file and try again.

it’s working now, I have done multiple things :

  • reset my whole printer without the g code files saved
  • simplified my model because there was 3558046 triangles and now : 73008 (21 pieces of one thing little thing)
