55C is working a little bit better. A little lifting on the left front corner. I will try 50C next. Can you use a glue stick on the PEI surface that came with the printer?
These prints take almost 9 hours. If I wanted to try 300mm/s what corresponding setting would I need to change.

Yes you can and it washes off with soap and water.
Probably up the flowrate a little.
