How can I create a post?
To get started, please follow the instructions from the Disco Bot, which you’ll receive as a notification. This guide will help you understand how to use the Discourse forum and will grant you additional permissions.
Make sure to complete the bot’s instructions to increase your user level, allowing you to create a new thread:
- Visit at least 5 threads
- Read at least 10 posts
- Spend at least 15 minutes visiting the forum and reading other posts
When starting a new thread, please use the appropriate category. Posting in the correct sub-section of the Creality Community Forum is crucial. It can help you get faster replies and may also earn you additional privileges on the forum.

- Slicer settings used
- Type of filament used
- Photos clearly showing the problem
- Relevant files (if they can be shared)
- Any other potentially useful information related to the problem
