I had an overnight print go badly, and a huge blob of PLA engulfed the hotend and heatsink on my Ender3 V3 KE. I definitely need to replace those parts, but in the course of disassembling, I broke some of the connectors on the PCB board. Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement for the PCB board?
Thank you! I actually found your reply to someone in a similar situation and you suggested it might not be necessary to get a new board. I’ll try that first and otherwise, I think you linked to a KE board in this post!
Sorry, I posted this before I found the other thread and it was in moderation, so I forgot to delete it.
Hi, got the same problem with this part, where they used hot glue to put the heat break connector in, when changing out due to the blob of death it took it out totally.
You can get the SE version straight off Amazon, loads of em, but its not the same as the KE one, it does not have the heat break, Ali express is the only place I found it.
Probably like you, I am very disappointed with Creality where this is concerned. I have noticed that the KE is no longer available on Amazon UK in any form.
Hope you got it sorted as it’s no good having a machine that you can’t get spares for… If you did nanage to sort it without using Ali, would be greatful if you’d let me know how.
My first Idea would be to solder the unit in place or a set of wires and a connector as the traces are still there to do so.
