Shout out to Creality Support Team

I recently had some issues with my new KE printer, most significantly nozzle dragging on the bed and a hot mess hot end.

I sent an email explaining the situation, what my self diagnosis finding were and politely asked for 4 items.

  1. Hot End
  2. Nozzle
  3. CR Touch Harness
  4. Bed Plate

They answered my email in about 48 hours and agreed to send all the parts I requested and sent it out DHL and I had the parts in less than 2 weeks. During the course of taking things apart I ham fisted the extruder connector and broke it so I had to go through a little work to get that squared away.

They followed up afterward and made sure I got the parts and that I was happy, how could I not be happy they sent me a GOLD bed plate!

All of this is not to shabby for a Refurb KE I purchased for under $200 :smile_cat:

How did you get in touch with Creality? They don’t answer me.

Well I simply emailed store@creality.com

I purchased this printer from the Creality Refurbish store on eBay so when I had an issue I emailed them with date purchased and the invoice number.

I provided them with a friendly tone and described the problem I had, the self diagnosis I had made and what parts I believed I needed and simply asked them to replace those parts…

That’s exactly what they did for me.
